BarTender software sales halted in Russia and Belarus

Seagull Scientific has suspended all new software license, printer add-on and upgrade sales to Russia and Belarus effective immediately.

Seagull Scientific has announced today that it has suspended sales of its BarTender software to Russia and Belarus.

“Russia is waging war on two fronts: physical war on the people of Ukraine, and digital warfare in the form of cyberattacks,” states Harold Boe, president and CEO of Seagull Scientific. “Each of us is compelled to act in the face of these devastating events.

“To demonstrate our solidarity with Ukraine and the larger European community, we have chosen to halt sales in Russia and Belarus,” he says.

BarTender software Seagull Scientific is used to create labels, barcodes and RFID that keeps products moving, traceable and safe. BarTender is available in more than 150 countries through a global network of local partners.
